March 12, 9009 - Letha from visits Ga
on a business trip. We met for dinner and talking
about of course, Morgans! Lotsa fun, and Letha is such a
sweet girl. We could have talked for hours on end.
Too bad she lives so far away! |

Trail ride - March 8, 2009
Met at Jenny Embrys for a trail ride and cookout afterwards.
Tons of fun, I rode Violet, who was great on the ride.

Snow in Georgia!
March 1 2009 - I rode Mandy in the snow. It does not
snow very often here, so I was determined to ride at least a
little in it. Rode up and down the driveway several
times...it was fun! |
I'm on a fixed income...
Fix the tractor the Morgan chewed on
Fix the gate that the Morgan decided to re-configure
Fix the divots in the yard when the Morgan's decided to nibble on
hubbys lawn
Fix the paint on the truck where the Morgan's tasted it. Decided
they didn't
like one spot and tried several others to make sure. While I'm at
it, fix
the rear-view mirrors because the Morgan's decided they were more
useful
turned upside down.
Fix the gate latches so the Morgan's no longer can let their selves
in and out
at will and be neighborly at 3 am.
Fix the feed buckets so the Morgan's don't scatter them playing
"catch the
horse with the bucket" making me walk 3 miles just to feed them.
Fix the tack room door so the Morgan's don't decide to play nibble
on the
saddle/bridle/blanket
Fix the feed room door so the Morgan's can't gourmet munch 3 weeks
of feed in
an hour.
Fix the hay room door so the Morgan can't turn 100 bales of hay into
one big
hay pile
Fix the water trough so the Morgan's can't decide to inspect what is
Under
that trough, daily. After all, who know what might be lurking under
there?
And last, fix my schedule so I can spend as much time as possible
with these
Morgans.
Yep, a fixed income. :)
